Would you like to learn more about the early life of Pope Leo XIV? You are lucky thanks to a new short video by Spirit Juice Studios.

You are probably familiar with fan favorite spirite juice, which is the creative production company specializing in the transformative power of visual media, which merged with the ever new, always new beauty of Catholicism. But you could now know that you are based on the south side of Chicago, which is now best known as the hometown of Pope Leo XIV.

Spirit Juice published a new 9-minute short film to celebrate his papal inauguration. The President and CEO Rob Kaczmark, who lives from childhood from the Pope's house for a few minutes, leads the audience on a quick but exciting and entertaining tour through the landmarks, which shaped the young Robert Prevost on his later path to the papacy.

Kaczmark shares the following websites:

  • Pope Leo's childhood at home
  • The community in which his family took part when he was a child, which is unfortunately closed
  • The school in which he taught math
  • The White Sox Stadium, the field of guaranteed price (most locals still call it Comiskey Park), where Pope Leo took part in a World Series game
  • The most popular local pizza joint of the Pope, who recently introduced the pizza “Papst-A-Roni” in his honor and saves him a special place for his next visit

How many chicagoers (I myself) is Kaczmark in a state of shock that the new Pope is from here. Of course, this shock brings awe on how God works and is surprised how he calls each of us.

“I am still impressed that Pope Leo is from here. He is one of us,” said Kaczmark. “No matter where you are from, God can use you. You just have to be open to his call.”
