Marcelo Mayer was called up by Red Sox in the middle of Alex Bregman's injury, which was discontinued for the MLB debut

In a step that is probably signaling that Alex Bregman is on the injured list due to a quad injury, the Boston Red Sox Marcelo Mayer from Triple-A bring the Star Prospect.
