43 Arrests after HCSO Crime's operation to remove drugs and weapons from the streets

A crime company in Hillsborough County resulted in 43 arrests, 188 traffic stops and the removal of dangerous drugs and illegal firearms.

HCSOS Street Crimes units from all five strip polf districts were involved in two-day operation.

According to the numbers:

  • Weapons confiscated: 3
  • Fentanyl: 130.6 grams
  • Cocaine: 3.3 grams
  • Cannabis: 79.1 grams
  • Methamphetamine: 10.8 grams
  • Oxycodon pills: 2.1 grams
  • Spice: 23.4 grams
  • MDMA: 1 gram
  • THC resin oil: 53.2 grams

Nicolas French, Maxie Eddins, Jenna Clary and Dexter Myers were all arrested by Hillsborough County's MPs.

The 49-year-old Eddins and Clary (32) drove from the MPs in a residential area at high speeds before driving onto the I-4.

The deputies found more than 127 grams of fentanyl with Clary. Eddins, who has several violations of narcotics, is now charged, including the escape from law enforcement authorities, incorrect detention and cocaine ownership.

The 58 -year -old Myers had an active arrest warrant in connection with violations of his status as a registered sex offender.

French, 31, is a documented MPR gang member and criminal registrant. He was arrested by Cannabis Sativa resin and drug utensils during a traffic stop.
