Driver who was funded by the US Highway 136 accident to the hospital

Beatrice, Neb. (News station Nebraska) – One person was flown by a motorway accident southwest of Beatrice on Saturday.

The legal officials of Gage County tried to determine the exact time of the crash, reported on a passer -by who reported on the injured person who was near the scene.

A Sheriff representative of the Gage County says that the injured man drove north on the US Highway 136 when he was held from the west side of the highway, slightly north of the intersection with the West Lilac Road. The car jumped an embankment that apparently crossed an entrance, climbed up another embankment and hit a power post before turning to the top. A deputy says that no other vehicles were involved in the crash.

Justice officers blocked the highway so that the helicopter could land 136 on USAM. Officials were able to reopen the highway in both directions around 2:30 p.m.

Beatrice Fire and Rescue and Beatrice Lural Fire reacted to the scene of the accident. The identity of the injured driver was not immediately available and the officials are not yet sure how long he had been there and when the accident happened. A deputy said the man was aware when he was flown out of the scene.
