The convicted rapist who was accused of almost putting a woman near the island coast from Randall to death was allegedly caught in front of the camera with wet jeans and boots, the prosecutors said.

Miguel Jiraud, who is held in the brutal attack by Diana Agudelo on May 16 without deposit, was caught on the surveillance video, in which she apparently six minutes' e-bik in the Harlem River at 11.36 p.m. on the day of the attack, after leaving her job in the Museum of New York, according to a criminal complaint.

Agudelo was brought to the Elmhurst Hospital and remains with “several brain hemorrhage, several skull fractures, a shifting brain, a agreement and cuts on her back and a penetrating wound on her left temple,” said the authorities in the criminal complaint.

The authorities said that she cannot regain awareness.

Her daughter with a broken heart, Stephanie Rodas, said on Friday that she needed two operations, including one in which the doctors removed part of her brain.

“They almost wanted to carry out another surgery about them, a third, but it would have been fatal at that time,” said the 21-year-old with a broken heart and added that the doctors put their mother on medication to stop her brain activity.

Jiraud, who called 911 to report the attack, was sent to Rikers Island on Friday evening without a deposit.

The violent sex offender went to prison for 12 years because he had raped a woman in the Bronx in 2011. He was probed on probation last year.
