3-year-old killed in the Costco parking lot

Pocatello and a three-year-old girl is dead after having passed in Pocatello on Saturday afternoon.

According to a press release from the Pocatello Police Department, it happened around 2:30 p.m. in the Costco car park.

Details about what happened are sparse, but the police say that the driver of a Red Dodge Ram pickup has changed them. The police did not identify the driver. They call it an accident.

An ambulance team took the girl to the hospital, where she died.

The police are still investigating.
