Clock: Libertys Natasha Cloud strip Caitlin Clark in the last second to secure an exciting victory over fever

The New York Liberty remains at the beginning of the 2025 WNBA season in the fourth quarter in Indiana against Caitlin Clark and the fever in one of the best games that we will see all year round.

Both teams seemed to have full control over the game at various points, with the Liberty storming too early in the third quarter with double -digit numbers and the fever took over a lead of 12 points at the beginning of fourth place. As usual, Caitlin Clark offered the highlight of the febrile run and drilled the third in a row, after they missed their first seven attempts from Deep, including a Summers Beat, the Gainbridge Fieldhouse insane.

Despite this Heuwerker, the Liberty hung and fought back behind a dominant fourth quarter of Jonquel Jones, who in the last 10 minutes from 14-12 pierced to push New York.

From there the two teams went back and forth, but with the game of 88-88 Sabrina Ionescu reached 2.9 seconds and beat both to stuck the freedom.

After he had pushed the ball forward with a time exceeding, the fever turned to Clark, hoping for other heroism of the Summers. However, Natasha Cloud had other ideas because the Liberty Big Free Agent continued to pay for New York early when she locked Clark and bumped the ball free before she could even get a shot for victory.

Clark wanted a foul, but from every perspective we saw that it looked like a huge game from Cloud to free the ball when Clark gathered to get into her shot. However, this did not prevent Fever coach Stephanie White blew up the office after the game.

“I thought she was fouled,” said White. “I think it's pretty outrageous what happened to us in the last games … The disrespect for our team was pretty incredible.”

In the victory, Cloud made a bit of everything for freedom and stuffed the stat leaf with 16 points, seven rebounds, six assists, four steals and three blocks. Jones set up 26 points and 12 rebounds to keep New York in the rating. Ionescu added 23 points to support to keep the Liberty Macle 3-0 in the early season.

For the fever, Clark's shooting body continued with a 2-against-12 afternoon of 3 when she finished the game with 18 points and 10 templates. Aliyah Boston led Indiana in enormous efforts with 27 points and 13 rebounds, but Indiana fell back to 0.500 in the young season.
