Insmits in Pennsylvania accused of sexually explicitly explicit video chats with 11-year-old behind bars

A prison inmate was recorded because of the recording of sick, sexually explicit video chats with an 11-year-old girl who uses the electronic tablet of his cell mate, said officials from Pennsylvania.

The 30-year-old Tyler Osborne, an inmate in the prison of Berks County in Leesport, was charged with a number of gender crimes on Wednesday after using the prison device to repeatedly command the youngsters to escape their clothes and perform various sexual actions, WFMZ reported.

According to the court documents received by the outlet, the convicted sex offender were unattended from the non -fully overcrowded contact with minors and with electronic devices.

“Our criminal investigation showed that the contact was … I will describe it as disgusting,” said John Adams, district prosecutor of Berks County.

“This person asked the child to perform sexual acts on the tablet communication, and the child committed these actions.”

The investigators discovered two of the sick chats after the bunkmate of the predator informed the prison officers in April that Osborne used his tablet to contact the young girl, the outlet reported.

Osborne, which was previously convicted of corruption by minors and indecent assault, was charged with sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography, illegal contact with a minor, corruption of minors and criminal use of a communication facility.

Adams now has a strict warning for other inmates who want to handle the rules.

“We want to make sure that the occupants know that we are looking over their shoulders,” he said to The Outlet.

“So if you operate criminals or inappropriate behaviors while using your tablets, we will discover it and calculate or take suitable measures to take these tablets away from you.”

Osborne remains in custody and will be due again in court on June 3.
