2 people who were found dead, 1 injured in the Dalton Avenue in south -essless Angeles, says the police, the police say

South Los Angeles (KABC) – The Memorial Day weekend had a violent start in South Los Angeles on Saturday. The Los Angeles police examined a triple shootout with two people killed.

The Los Angeles police responded to a multi-Victim shooting scene in the Dalton Avenue and the Florence Avenue at around 6.40 p.m.

Two victims were declared dead at the crime scene, said Lapd. A third victim was taken to the hospital in a serious condition.

It is an extensive scene with activities in the field of shooting and nearby, in which the suspects broke off their escape car and tried to flee on foot.

Apparently the suspects have not made it far. LAPD's search was limited to just a few blocks south of the Florence Avenue in the district of the Manchester Square. LAPD's air support had circled the area and was looking for the suspects.

About an hour and a half after the shootout, Eyewitness News discovered a man in handcuffs that was placed in the back of a police cruiser. About an hour later, the crews received the news that a second suspect was taken into custody.

There seemed to be at least one other person looking for by the police, whereby the search was still active at 10 p.m.

The Eyewitness News Crew at the scene has received contradicting reports about whether the outstanding suspects have left the area or not.

LAPD has not confirmed any arrests.
