Attack with a fatal weapon examination in the U -Bahn department

Charlotte, NC – (Saturday, May 24th, 2025) – Detectives with the murder unit of the police authority of Charlotte-Mecklenburg carry out an attack with a fatal weapon examination in the 1800 block of the Stroud Park Court in the subway department.

On Friday, May 23, shortly before 5:30 p.m., the officers responded to an attack with a fatal weapon with injuries in the 1800 block of the Stroud Park Court. When arriving, the officers discovered three victims with gunshot wounds.

All three were taken to the region's hospitals. Two life -threatening injuries suffered, while the third did not take life -threatening injuries.

A suspect was arrested shortly afterwards and in this case there is currently no search for additional suspects.
