Toddler dies after a crash near the brush in the undertaking car

A 1-year-old girl died last week when a car, according to the Colorado State Patrol, plunged in an irrigation ditch near brush in Morgan County.

Shortly after midnight on Thursday, April 24, State Patrol Troopers reacted to a car that, according to a press release from the agency, joined the Morgan County Road S and was rolled into an aqueous trench.

The driver, an unimaginated 34-year-old woman, was led with two children in the back seat in the Morgan County Road near the Hazel Street in the east when she drove from the roadside and in the irrigation ditch, the officials of the state patrol shared in the press release.

Officials said the woman and a 3-year-old girl got out of the car, but the 1-year-old stuck in her car seat when the car was immersed in water.

A brush policeman saved the child and paramedic to the hospital, where she later died, the officials from the state patrol shared. The driver and the 3-year-old were both injured.

The cause of the crash remains examined. Officials said no charges had been submitted.
