Driver who was arrested in Toms River and accused

Toms River, NJ – The suspect, who was involved in a fatal accident in Route 37 near the Mathis Bridge on Saturday evening, was identified and accused after his capture near the Barrier Island Barrier.

Abel B. MathuButty, who was booked in Ocean County on Sunday, will be suspended with two charges in connection with the incident: Knowingly leaves the place of a motor vehicle accident with serious bodily harm and the place of a fatal accident. Witnesses reported that the suspect had fled the scene in a gray infiniti. The law enforcement authorities found the vehicle and arrested the suspect shortly afterwards on the Barrier Island. He was brought to the headquarters of Tom River Police for processing and later booked to Ocean County's prison

Suspect without deposit in the proceeds

Court files show that Mathuhrutty has no known aliases or detainees. He is currently classified as a single with a high school training. A forecast date of publication was not given, and there is no planned hearing from Sunday.

The crash led to longer delays along Route 37 in East, especially near the Fischer Boulevard, when the crews worked to examine and clarify the street. A trace remained closed from Sunday.
