According to Achilles, the Christian McCafrey from 49ers gets knee problems an important update for injuries

Christian McCafrey had a super disappointing season 2024, which was defined by injuries.

It fell together with a below-average team of San Francisco 49ers, which was only 6-11.

But since the new season is slowly but surely approaching, things are looking for McCaffrey.

He used to say that he had “no restrictions” in the low season.

It is this news that gives professional focus author Ryan Smith CMC a big title: he is classified as his most expected comeback for injuries in the 2025 NFL season.

Smith wrote the following:

McCaffrey missed the first eight games of the 2024 season with bilateral Achilles problems and later suffered an injury to the posterior cruciate ligament on his right knee against Buffalo, landed in an injured reserve and ended his season.

Without their all-pro back, the 49 fought and ended 6–11 after winning 35 games from 2021 to 2023.

In 2022 and 2023, McCafrey was most complete in football and earned over 90.0 PFF notes in both seasons, while he was forced 155 southern battles that the most in the league in this period. Last month he reported that the 49s started their program outside of the season.

He will be a critical piece for a team in San Francisco, which, after three appearances of the conference in the NFC, will be re -established in the NFC appearances.

This is an important bouncing season for the 49s.

Now that Brock Purdy has his new big contract together with deal for George Kittle and Fred Warner, San Francisco is very much to fight a great bowl now.

McCaffrey's health is a key variable in the entire equation. You not only need him healthy now, but you also need him healthy when the biggest games run around.

Everywhere football fans are waiting for what CMC looks like when it is important.
