Authorities that examine the suspicious death after the vehicle fire in Davidsonville

The police of Anne Arundel County examined a suspicious death after human remains were discovered in a burned vehicle in Davidsonville late Saturday evening.

Around 9:25 p.m. on May 24, 2025, the police and the firefighting teams reacted to a report on a vehicle fire in the parking lot of a business business in the 600 block of the West Central Avenue. When the emergency staff arrived, they found a vehicle that was completely devoured in flames. After the fire had been deleted, the respondents discovered human remains in the passenger subject.

The Anne Arundel County Fire & Explosive Investigations Unit is working on determining the cause of the fire. Detective from the Department of Police by Anne Arundel County Police Criminal Investigations have taken over the case as a suspicious death examination.

The remains that have not yet been identified positively were brought to the autopsy to the Chief Medical Examiner office in Baltimore.
