The singer-songwriter was discovered by photos in a flawless white dress … her recession with her future husband practiced Jordan “Jutes” Lutes on her arm.

After the duo went through his wedding and went back, they transformed the entire rehearsal into an event on the red carpet – and cameras made hundreds of pictures of Demi and Jutes next to friends and family.

We told them that this wedding had dropped this weekend … with the sources that told us last week that after about three years – and an engagement of almost 18 months – the two were ready to say their vows, exchange rings and officially do it.
