For several reasons, I am skeptical about the trimmed Survivor 50 cast

One reason why this alleged occupation list gets a lot of traction is that it is not ridiculous. The moderator and producer Jeff Probst, who seems to many who do it on the show, is a rather big fan of many of these players. He has talked about her over the years. He lovingly brought up many of these castaways in his podcast, and there have already been many whispered parts of some of these people who are supposed to come back.

Colby Donaldson is a great example, since numerous branches and media personalities that cover Survivor I said extensively, he's probably coming back. The same applies to people such as Christian, Jonathan and Q. Others such as Angelina, Chrissy and Genevieve have been in rumors for months about who has considered CBS. There is not a single name on this list that is a large WTF or one public that has been cut. If you want to believe that, it's not crazy to think that it is true. There is a legitimal chance that we will see.

However, there are some reasons to be skeptical, and personally I am very skeptical about two really specific things. First, there is diversity in this line -up, but there is no same level of diversity that CBS has in the new era. Half of the current casts is now usually racist, and although it makes sense to change this mixture a little for the new season, since many of the previous seasons contained almost all white players, I don't think that CBS would swing so far back.

Second, there are three people in this line -up from the 48th season. I know that Jeff really likes in the past season and has played it up in a very public way, but fans on social media were not very well received. In the new era, there were individual episodes or surprise tanks that were received more negatively, but I don't think there was a last season that was negatively regarded as a whole. This is not a shot at Kyle, Kamilla and Joe, who were the clear outstanding achievements, but why should the show bring three people back from one season fans when there are 47 others to choose from? Some of the most popular seasons in the history of the show are not even represented with a single person in this alleged occupation list.

Ultimately, the occupation list is not final if the occupation list is final. Even if this was the intended list, Probst and company have proven in the past that they are ready to make Last minute changes. So I will not believe anything until we hear the official announcement on Wednesday. My guess is that there is a lot about this list that is correct, but also some important players who get wrong. But we just have to wait and see.

Survivor 48 just ended. Season 49 will return in autumn with a line -up of new players. This is followed by the much -related season 50, in which the players discussed above may not be included or not. The fans are very excited, but everyone also has their personal dream casts that they would like to see. It will be interesting to see how supported everyone is when the official group is published.
