Dartmouth Ma Old Westport Road Crash Kills 2 – NBC Boston

A couple in Westport, Massachusetts, is dead after the car in which they were located was proposed in Dartmouth on Sunday morning.

The Bristol district prosecutor announced that they will determine the fatal motor vehicle accident around 10:30 a.m. before the 422 Old Westport Road and claim the life of Jeffrey Moniz and his wife Diane Moniz, both 76.

The police, which was sent to the scene, found two vehicles – a gray Toyota RAV 4 and a green Toyota echo – and the Moniz couple with traumatic injuries.

Jeffrey and Diane Moniz were taken to a local hospital, where both were declared dead, officers said.

After a preliminary investigation, it was found that the RAV 4 driver, identified as a 63-year-old Philip Morris from Dartmouth, crossed the double yellow line and hit the echo head of the Moniz echo.

Morris suffered minor injuries in the crash and was charged with two cases of motor vehicle murder due to negligent operation and a marked violation of lanes. He is called.
