Dartmouth, trade fair. (WHDH) – A man from Dartmouth is related to an accident in Dartmouth on Sunday with a murder of motor vehicles, in which an elderly couple died, officers said.

The officials who reacted to a reported crash in the area of ​​the 422 Old Westport Road at around 10:30 a.m. found a Toyota RAV 4 and Toyota Echo, which according to Bristol district attorney Thomas M. Quinn, III, was involved in a frontal accident.

An investigation showed that the echo, which was operated by Jeffrey Moniz from the 76-year-old and his wife, the 76-year-old Diane Moniz, from Westport, was met by RAV 4, which was operated by Philip Morris (63), according to the police.

The couple was taken to a local hospital where both had died.

Morris, who had minor injuries, was charged and is called to court in two cases of motor vehicle murder through negligent business.
