The 2025 Indianapolis 500 delivered an exciting race full of drama from start to finish. In the end, Alex Palou Marcus Ericsson passed the lead with 14 laps before the victory and he recorded the victory.

It was Palou's first victory in Brickyard – and the first victory in an oval period. Before his triumph, there were numerous wrecks, developments before the race and sizzling passports in the second half of the race.

Here is a photo reminder of the 109th run of the Indianapolis 500.

Rain, rain, go

Also no three-gate for Newgarden

Josef Newgarden's striving to become the first back-to-back-to-back — Indy-500 winner was neglected. To be fair, it is not an easy task (just ask the Kansas City Chiefs).
