Pomona Mann, who is mutated in the fatal tustin petrol station

According to the police, a 51-year-old Pomona man who was suspected of fatal to stab a man at a petrol station in Tustin.

Detectives of the Tustin police department had identified the man, Jose de Jesus Herrera, as a suspect of the first one after their investigation showed that Herrera and the victim were involved in an argument that led to a fatal sting. The victim was only identified as a 27-year-old man. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died of his injuries.

The stitch occurred on Saturday, May 24th, shortly before 5 p.m. at a 76 petrol station in the 3071 Edinger Avenue.

Herrera later turned to the police and was booked in the Orange County prison for murder suspicions.
