Tennessee Baseball will be organized regionally

Although we do not know Tennesses tie, we know that the Vols will organize the Knoxville regionally for the second year in a row.

D1baseball had Tennessee as No. 14-overall seeds and organized two seeds West Virginia, three seeds Western Kentucky and Miami (Ohio) with four seeds. The projected Super Regional Matchup was a road trip to No. 3 Arkansas.

Baseball America has Tennessee as No. 13 in total seeds with two seeds of Kansas, three Setsu and Binghampton with four seeds in the Knoxville region. The Vols might be exposed to North Carolina No. 4 in the super regionally.

Tennessee was excellent in the regional regional under Tony Vitello

The 2025 season is the fourth time that Tennessee under head coach Tony Vitello has organized a regional region of Knoxville. The Vols were very successful in these three regionals. Tennessee not only exceeded all three regionals, but was perfectly 9: 0 in these games.

In 2021, Tennessee ran in his opening game Wright State before defeating the Liberty twice to get to the Knoxville Super regionally.
