Alijah Arenas, USC Recrod and Son of the former NBA player Gilbert Arenas, outside the hospital after fiery cybertruck crash

Alijah Arenas, a USC basketball recruit, who is a son of the former NBA player Gilbert Arenas, was released six days after his involvement of a fiery crash from the hospital, his family said on Wednesday.

“We are grateful that Alijah Arenas was released from the hospital and is now comfortable under the tight clock,” the family told ESPN in an explanation. “While his journey to complete recovery is just beginning, his spirit remains strong and he is surrounded by love and support. The Govan and Arenas family are preparing for the way with faith and determination, which is committed to the promotion of Alija.

Josiah Johnson, a moderator of the Elder Arenas podcast, said that the younger arenas had not suffered any serious injuries, but initially put it in an induced coma. Johnson said Alijah returned from the gym when he lost control of the Tesla Cybertruck, which he drove in the Reseda Section of the San Fernando Valley. The Los Angeles fire brigade said the vehicle was fired against a tree and/or a hydrant. No official cause of the crash was announced.

Arenes who committed themselves to the Trojans in January visits Chatsworth High. The five-star recruit was the first boy player in the region to score 3,000 career points.
