A spring trip to Miami has become a tradition for Formula 1.

Twenty of the best drivers in the world meet for the fourth time in a row in South Beach in the hope of leaving the champion of the Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix in the Miami International Autodrome.

The 19-corner road course is more than three miles long, with rotations and twists and turns to be a unique challenge for all competitors. The fans are expected to flood Florida for the race, and they never know which celebrities they could hit.

The Miami Grand Prix 2025 will take place on Sunday, May 4th.

Where is the F1 race in Miami?

Miami International Autodrome is only built for this special race.

It is a temporary route that meanders through Miami Gardens and surrounds the areas that surround the Hard Rock Stadium of the Miami Dolphins. The permanent asphalt of the circuit is integrated into the parking spaces, so that no public roads are actually used. Everything is dismantled immediately after the race weekend and the site of the Hard Rock Stadium is normalized again relatively quickly.

What is the F1 Miami Grand Prix time plan?

On Saturday there will be a sprint race on Saturday, which will be awarded on Sunday in addition to the Grand Prix.

F1 Miami picks and predictions

The first five races of 2025 were dominated by a team: McLaren.

The whole weekend there is a chance of bad weather. From Thursday, NBC Miami forecast a rainy probability of 50% with scattered thunderstorms together with mixed clouds and sun on Sunday. On Friday and Saturday there is a rainy probability of 24%. When it rains, the drivers have to use the wet tires and run with a little caution.
