Man who is accused of drunk crash, in which the young girl in Franklin is not guilty – Boston News, Weather, Sport

Franklin, fair. (WHDH)-a man who was accused in a drunken driving accident, in whom a 5-year-old girl in Franklin was not guilty on Saturday on Tuesday.

The public prosecutor said James N. Blanchard, 21, from Franklin, said on Saturday around 6 p.m. on the wrong side of the Grove Street when he supposedly hit a limousine.

The crash killed the young girl and injured her brother, her mother and father, who were all in the limousine, the police said.

The public prosecutor said Blanchard said that he consumed a few beers as a landscape designer during the day before drinking three quarters of a 1.75-liter bottle of vodka.

When the Blanchard police did an alcohol examination, the prosecutors said that he had a result of about twice as high as the legal limit.

He was not guilty and was held against a deposit of 250,000 US dollars. He will be back to court next month.
