Joey Bosa injury: Bills Pass -Rusher will miss spring workouts after the last setback

The part of the work on the Otas field is started for Buffalo Bills today, but we are already hearing some negative reports. While all players were present at OTAs when James Cook, who is looking for a new deal, the newly signed Edge -Rusher Joey Bosa, optimized his calf last week during the team training and is lifted for the foreseeable future, according to head coach Sean McDermott.

McDermott also pointed out that the 29-year-old should probably go out for the training camp for all OTAs. In view of the fact that this is probably a soft tissue injury, it is not surprising that Buffalo is a bit particularly careful and excludes it for the entirety of OTAs, especially in view of its history of injury.

Bosa, a former election in the first round for the Los Angeles Chargers, performed in 14 games in 2024 and recorded 22 duels, five sacks and two forced fumbles. He had performed in combination in just 14 games in the last two seasons and missed a number of games in the first five seasons of his career.

A veal injury in May is certainly not the end of the world, but it is never a good sign of seeing a rim rusher that is prone to injury with potential game injuries that are already dealing with soft tissue injuries. Buffalo will roll with Greg Rousseau, AJ Epenesa, Michael Hoecht and the draft selection of the third round, Landon Jackson, at the defensive end of this year's Otas and maybe the start of the training camp.
