Highland park hit-and-run leads to attempted murder plants, hate crimes

Highland park, me. -A man was charged after a hit and run in Highland Park for 11 crimes.

The crash occurred on April 20 near the intersection of McNichols and Hamilton Roads. The police said two people were significantly injured.
