NTSB publishes new details on the Tuscarawas County plane crash

Tuscarawas County, Ohio (Woio) – The National Transportation Safety Board published new details about a plane crash in which a new man from Philadelphia was killed in April.

The plane fell into a field near Midvale, Ohio, and killed the pilot, 62-year-old Orville J. Evans.

According to the report, the pilot's family members stated that he had practiced “360 ° maneuver”.

The report states that the pilot, when the plane was on its 2-mile end, announced to cancel the approach to the east. The instruction flight flew an extended left -wing stage of the traffic pattern so that N8242Q entered the final rapprochement leg again and then stepped back into the edge.
