Man shot in West Phoenix quarters

Phoenix (Azfamilie) – The Phoenix police said a man was shot in a quarter of West Phoenix late Thursday morning.

The officials reacted shortly before noon to a neighborhood in Oregon Avenue, west of the 99th Avenue and north of the Camelback Road.

When the authorities arrived, they found a man who had been shot. He was declared dead at the crime scene. At this point it is unclear whether the police are actively looking for a suspect.

Video from the scene showed a difficult police presence when Detective put together the investigation.

Further information is expected to be made available on Thursday evening or early Friday. No further details were published.
