Man stabbed 2, killed 1 in Las Vegas about 'stolen' wallet

Las Vegas, nev. (Fox5) – A man said that he stabbed two people and killed one to look for “revenge” on a stolen wallet, documents say.

FOX5 received the arrest report for Roger Peralta, which is charged according to court documents for open murder, murder, battery and burglary.

The stitch occurred on Tuesday afternoon behind the boulevard Mall in the 1400 block of the Pawnee Drive. The arrest report states that Peralta has been waiting for the officials to arrive and told them that he had “not intended to run”.

Peralta was immediately taken into custody on site.

In the house, officers found two people with stab wounds. One was brought to the Sunrise Hospital and the other died at the scene.

A witness told the police that Timothy lived next to a mother, son and girlfriend. She claimed that she made coffee and heard noises from the washroom.

According to the report, she went over and found Peralta in a struggle with another person who is not identified. The witness told the officials that Timothy grabbed and tried to intervene, but was fatally stabbed.

Detective also learned from witnesses that Peralta lost his job and lived with roommates in 14th Street and Marlin. Witnesses also added that he had previously said that he wanted “revenge” on his missing wallet.

On the day of the stab, Peralta went behind the boulevard Mall and believed that his wallet would be with the victims. When he found her garage open, Peralta Timotheus stabbed and later told the officials that he was “fear” and felt “guilty”.

However, Peralta also claimed that the stab was in self -defense when he searched for his wallet.

LVMPD detectives found in the report that his wallet was not found in the victim's house.

Peralta is due to court on Monday.
