Jamal Musiala from Bayern Munich announces “big goal” for his return of injuries

On April 4, Bayern Munich's season ended effectively with the injury to Jamal Musiala. Musiala left to block the Augsburg goalkeeper in the attempt to block the release and then tore his knee tendon. Musiala's injury was the straw that broke the back of the camel when he joined Alphonso Davies, Dayot Upamecano, Manuel Neuer and Hiroki ITō on the injured reserve list.

Musiala worked tirelessly last month and is confident that he can return earlier than expected.

“I started working on my comeback on the first day after my injury, and so far everything is going according to plan,” said Musiala (about @imiasanmia). “I have a big goal: the World Cup. Because there is a lot of prestige at stake, income for the club and a new international title. And we want to win it. I want to be on the field again in the USA.”

The average recovery period for a torn thigh is three to six months. This would put this in the foreground of the Club World Cup in this timeline. Musiala should be welcomed for his ambitious goal, but it is the responsibility of Bavaria to be excessively careful with its most valuable player.
