Fuji televisions revealed millions since the scandal, indicates further resignations

Fuji television has been struggling since it was involved in a sexual attack scandal. As a refreshment, the TV presenter was accused of fuji, Masahiro Nakai, who was once part of the band Smap, having sexually attacked a woman who also worked there. Supposedly there were individuals in Fuji who knew about the attack but ignored him.

After all of this, Nakai retired, more than a resignation of employees was retired and Fuji television lost many, many of his sponsors. Now further resignations have been announced.

According to the parent company of the canal, Fuji Media Holdings, four higher ups will withdraw next month. The people in question are Osamu Kanemitsu (president and representative); Yoshinari Shimatani and Kiyoto Saito, two Fuji -TV -Board -Directors; and Yuzaburo Mogi (Fuji -TV -Auditor).

In addition, Fuji Media Holdings informed how much money they lost because sponsors fall. In February, a Japanese news agency predicted that Fuji TV could lose about 150 million US dollars, a really massive number. But the real number is even more massive. For the financial year in March in March, the company recorded a deficit of 26 billion yen (approx. 180 million US dollars).

An anonymous Fuji TV recently told the Japanese press: “Without sponsors, it is unclear how much budget can be spent, and there is no view of new programs. The situation on site has completely stopped.”

There are a number of reforms that are promised by the company. For example, you would like to set more women in executive and senior management positions. The board will have a restructuring together with the departments. As before, it emphasized that it makes efforts so that what happened before will not happen again.
