Two years after Gwyneth Paltrow had her day in court, the Hollywood Powerhouse gives its judgment on the legal ordeal.

The Oscar winner and wellness influencer, who won her ski graduate in 2023 against retired optician Terry Sanderson, was reflected in an interview on April 24 on “The World's First Podcast with Erin & Sara Foster” about the case of headlines.

Paltrow was sued by Sanderson in 2019, who claimed that she seriously injured him in February 2016 against the beginner slopes in the Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Sanderson said that the actress left him on the mountain without help, while Paltrow claimed in a counterclaim that Sanderson plowed her in her from behind and then told her that he was doing well.

“It was ridiculous,” said Paltrow to the hosts Erin and Sara Foster after the sisters had praised their fashion on the square. “And I have to say the idea that someone could drive in your back and hit you and then sue you – I said: 'This is all that is wrong with our legal system.'”

In his lawsuit, Sanderson looked for 300,000 US dollars by Paltrow and claimed that the accident was due to negligence, which was left behind in physical injuries and emotional stress. The man initially looked for 3.1 million US dollars in an earlier lawsuit that was dropped.

“It takes a lot of courage, not when she sits there for two weeks and how a punch is beaten?” Paltrov's lawyer Steve Owens said during the final statements of the process. “The simple thing for my client would have been to write a check and finish it. … It is actually wrong that he hurt her and he wants money from her.”

The founder of the gop founder went through in March 2023 after an eight-day legal proceedings, whereby the jury Paltrow was not to blame for the alleged “hit-and-run” collision.

“That's why I felt that I had to fight against it,” said Paltrow in “World's First Podcast”. “I'm not being shaken here. I'm not doing it.”

In addition to her legal fees, Paltrow received symbolic damage of $ 1 for their counterclaim. Before the verdict, the actress vowed to donate additional funds that may have been awarded to a non -profit organization by the jury.
