A man stands behind bars after attacking an employee in the Dairy Queen in East Liverpool.

It happened shortly after 4 p.m. on Wednesday in the Dairy Queen in the West 8 Street.

The dairy queen's employee informed the police that an older male customer was upset that his food order was wrong and screamed aggressively.

According to a police report, the customer came to the kitchen, where he is not allowed and hit the employee in the face.

Other Dairy Queen employees tried to break the fight and hit the customer on the back of the head.

The customer then fled out of the scene and the police had to turn to the public to identify him.

He was later identified as James Wicker from Wellsville.

Wicker is charged with an attack and his court date is pending.
