Death Metal guitarist Brian Montana dies violently in San Francisco Police Shootout after “Baumstreit” with the neighbor.

A Death Metal guitarist was shot by police officers in San Francisco, according to reports that after a dispute with a neighbor, was violent over a tree.

Obsessed band member Brian Montana was killed after he asked reports on a man who swung a gun on Monday evening, the police say.

The South San Francisco police authority said officials who arrived at an address in the Arroyo Drive at 5:55 p.m. immediately called for a backup because the suspect shot into a occupied house. The shooter was later identified as a 60-year-old Montana.

Montana moved into a neighboring driveway and hid behind parked cars while armed with a pistol, a shotgun and a rifle. There was a 25-minute shootout with the police, the police said when Montana shot against officials from various positions on the driveway and was looking for a cover behind the vehicles and landscape design.

“Officials used police vehicles as a cover from the flood of shots and were able to return fire,” says a police statement. “The officials were able to go on strike and prevented him from continuing to shoot officers and nearby houses.”

As soon as the police confirmed that the shooter was no longer a threat, they approached him so as not to react.

“Lifelong measures were carried out and medical staff were called to the scene,” continued the statement. “The suspect succumbed to his injuries and was died at the crime scene.”

A resident of the house on which Montana was based was brought to a local trauma center with a non-life-threatening injury, and the police checked other houses to confirm that no one was injured. “No officials were injured in this critical incident,” added the police officers.

The police said Montana had grown angry about tree waste from his neighbor's yard, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.

“My understanding is that they had a dispute over a tree that was hanging. So stupid, something like that is” CBS News Bay Area. “A dispute over a tree that one of them cut back … And then someone decided to lower it with a weapon.”

Montana was an early member of obsessed with the San Francisco Bay Area in the early 1980s. It is considered one of the first Death Metal bands that pioneer helped the genre. One of her other guitarists Larry Lalonde competes with the rock band Primus.

The official Instagram page of obsessed with the news of deaths with an early photo of the band and said: “Quiet in Frieden Brian Montana”.

A longer tribute to the late guitarists from the official account added: “I only have the feeling that people should know that Brian Montana was a very nice guy. He was happy and a gentleman.

“He was nothing like what I wrote about him. He obviously went through some fights and I think this is the time to be respectful to the family of Montana and friends, since this is a tragic time for her. I know that I still have the feeling that this is a big loss and I am very sad.”

The South San Francisco police authority said the two officials who had fired their weapons in the incident were put into administrative leave according to the minutes, and an investigation was taken.

“In the coming weeks, we intend to publish additional information, including audio and video recordings,” said the police.
