7 killed in Idaho after Tour van and Truck collided near Yellowstone

Seven people were killed after a van collided on Thursday on Thursday on Thursday.

The crash occurred near Henry's Lake, about 20 miles east of Yellowstone National Park.

The soldiers of the Idaho State Police replied around 7.15 p.m. that a Dodge Ram Pickup and a Mercedes passenger van collided.

The van worked as a travel vehicle and had 14 people on board while a person was in the truck, the police said. The van caught fire after the crash.

According to the police, six people died on the van and the driver of the pickup as a result of the crash. At least 16 patients were treated on site, with the severity of the injuries required at least one flight truck.

“Due to the extent of the incident and the ongoing process to notify the next relatives, no names, age groups, hometowns or nationalities were published,” said the state police. “As soon as the Coroner's Office of the Fremont County is available, it provides information.”

The US Highway 20 was closed for about seven hours while the first aiders cleared the scene, the police said. The road has been open again since then.

The police examined the cause of the collision.
