The Pittsburg employee was killed by a dirty shoe

Martinez-Wenn A man would not have kicked in Goo on March 22, 2023, the 44-year-old Abdul Raouf could still be alive.

This is the picture painted by eyewitnesses that have described a terrible ordeal, in which the 39-year-old Gregory Rossignon fired shots in front of his girlfriend's house, killed and Raouf, an employee at an EZ stop at the Power Avenue in Pittsburg. Rossignon was already in a bad mood, but his anger only strengthened when Raouf allegedly said that she couldn't clean Rossignon's dirty shoe in the supermarket.

Rossignon allegedly shot the employee during the following confrontation. At the beginning of the proceedings, the deputy district attorney mary Mary Knox called it as a “execution” and followed by other violent crimes.

“(Rossignon) shoots Mr. Raouf twice in the chest in the Point Blank range,” said Knox in her opening declaration and described the surveillance video that jurors should be shown.

Rossignon was charged with murder. His lawyer, Bobby Bell, has a two -track defense: he didn't do it, or if he did it, Rossignon's mental health will show that “the mental state that has to prove the murder” was “lacking”.

Rossignon lived a short distance from the Convenience Store with his girlfriend. Several eyewitnesses, including a woman who lived at home, described how he and his girlfriend argued that day and that Rossignon fired shots in front of the house to make his point of view – and noticed that a friend's van was parked nearby – and demanded that he and his girlfriend had a trip to the loading.

The woman, a family member of Rossignon's girlfriend, cried on the stand when she told the incident.

“I'm not trying to be here,” she said. “My family already went through enough.”

Once in the shop, Rossignon allegedly told his girlfriend that he should go into the store and clean his shoe. When she came out and apparently angry that Raouf had thrashed her out, she and Rossignon exchanged words, say the authorities. Then Rossignon supposedly confronted Raouf and killed him.
