A crowd of the brightest stars of Broadway – by icon Jennifer Holliday and Andrea Martin, which newcomer Tom Francis and Jasmine Amy Rogers showed – illuminated the Al Hirschfeld theater on April 28, 2025 on the first Broadway dream roles. The line -up brought the characters to life, which they have always longed for playing spectacular achievements and the warm stories. Get a first look at highlights from the event!

The Musical), Liz Callaway (Baby), 2024 Jimmy Award Winson Chola Jr. (Sunset Boulevard), Jennifer Holliday (Dreamgirls), Lesli Margherita (Gypsy), Andrea Martin (McNeal), Jimin Moon (Sunset Boulevard), Zachary Noah Piser (Redwood) and Jasmine Amy Rogers (BOOP! The Musical) – in an exciting and inspiring concert a special performance of Broadway boys opened.

“Broadway is based on dreams, and it was magical to see how our industry bring these dreams to life at this first event,” said Danny Whitman, Managing Director of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. “The evening also symbolizes the collective dreams that all made possible in this room – from the stars on stage to the teams behind the scenes and our committed donors in the audience – because they offer people in need -saving meals and medication across the country with their uncertainty engagement.”

Kara Young (Purpose) only organized the standing room and welcomed Broadway Cares trailer to an unforgettable evening. Young led a line -up of Broadway's Best and a four -member band with its characteristic warmth and wit – even her own dream role, the crazy and delightful Mrs. Lovett by Sweeney Todd.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the Philanthropic heart of Broadway, is one of the leading industry-related, non-profit AIDS donations from the state and scholarship organizations.
