“My baby does not deserve to die: 'Still no arrests in the death of the 9-year-old

Columbia, SC (WIS) – A father of the Sumter County asks the community and asks for those who know something about the death of his son to comment. It was six months since 9-year-old Gregory Robinson Jr. or lovingly known as “Doodle” was shot.

Doodle slept in his bed on the Ambrose Road in Sumter County on October 7 of last year. Moments later the house was sprayed by Schüssen, and the MPs said it was a semi -automatic weapon. According to the Sheriff's Office of the Sumter County, Doodle was shot in the head and declared dead the next day.

The investigators say that in this case there were no arrests, no leads and no updates. However, the sheriff's office stated that they are of interest, but without the help of the community, this investigation will not be successful. The investigators grant the alarm. If you know something about shooting, speak out.

“You all know, it's empty, it's empty without him, it is empty. The only way to fulfill is whether that was back with us,” said Gregory Robinson SR, Doodle's father.

The authorities said they believe that the house was targeted due to the number of fired shots. Now, 6 months later, they said that there is still not enough evidence to arrest.

“There are a few cowards with low life that give our wonderful, beautiful county a bad name.

Robinson Sr. said Wis that he worked from the state when he got the call about his son in October.

“No parent would like to get a call in the morning at 2 a.m. and you are in a completely different condition. To lose your baby, your Jr., the last of the bunch. I mean, it hurts, I wish, no parent should go through, it is a real pain,” said Robinson Sr.

On Saturday, Doodles Mother and Father came together to form the “Forever Doodle World Day”, who was looking for justice all over the country in arms and domestic violence.

“It would help us a lot, I promise you [sending in a tip] As you just try or hurt or sniff it. No, you are a hero by doing this for me, my baby didn't deserve to die. ”

Robinson Jr. said Wis that he would not stop fighting until someone is behind bars.
