Man who was arrested in connection with the Olathe woman

The Olathe police arrested a man in connection with the discovery of a woman's body in her house in her house in the 400 block of the North Persimmon Drive.

In the early Friday afternoon, the Olathe police identified the victim as Karen M. Peterson.

Johnson County real estate records show Peterson as the listed owner of the house, in which she was found dead on Wednesday.

The Olathe police also said in the release that a suspect had been arrested.

According to the Sheriff office of Johnson County, an Olathe officer Dartanan Hudgens, a man born in 1977, arrested on Friday at 11:32 a.m.

The booking protocol says that Hudgens does not have a permanent address.

He was instructed to the County Adult Hachtzentrum in Olathe due to the first degree murder at 4:46 p.m. on Friday due to the first degree murder.

On Friday evening, the district court records of the district in Johnson show no submission of Peterson's death.

Hudgens involved two previously defined tax cases in 2019 and 2022 in Kansas Department of Revenue. He has no previous criminal matters in Kansas.

The Sheriff's Office Insace Protocol shows that Hudgens are recorded without a deposit, and his first court appearance is planned for Monday.

The police have not published any details about where the suspect was.
