Four adults and one child were found alive after surviving for almost two days after an airplane crash in Bolivia in waters attacked with alligator.

The passengers were “worked together on the fuselage of the small aircraft” after they had survived for more than 40 hours, explained Red Uno on Instagram.

The five people stayed on the plane, where they “were surrounded by alligators who came from us within three meters,” Velarde told BBC News. “We couldn't drink water and we couldn't go there any other way because of the alligators.”

Velarde said that he believed that the alligators had stayed away when the gasoline out of the plane came into the water, the edition reported.

Ruben Torres, Director of the Ministry of Health in the Beni region, said: “I am very happy because in the end all institutions have come together to find the missing people and save them”, according to BBC news.
