TVC to Air Thecable's documentary about Malabu Opl 245 Saga

TVC messages the premiere of an investigative documentary is broadcast on Sunday via the 1.3 billion dollars -OPL 245 -saga, also known as “malaugate”.

The explanatory documentary, which was created by Thecable Newspaper and The Cable Foundation, is broadcast at 9 p.m.

“It significantly replaces the full scope of OPL 245 controversy, one of the most complex and consistent oil scandals in the history of Nigeria,” said the administration of the newspaper in a press release.

“With mandatory storytelling and original reporting, Malabugate reconstructs the scandal from scratch and offers viewers an unprecedented narrative in the billion-delar oil deal, which has exceeded administrations, limits and court halls.”

The publication continues: “There will be questions like: Why did Obasanjo OPL 245 be revoked in 2001? Why did he settle in 2006 with Malabu out of court? Why did President Goodluck Jonathan return the oil block 2010 to Malabu? Why did Shell and Eni come together to be interested in Malabu in the olive block for 1.1 -Dollar -Milliarde?

“The documentary also deals with other questions such as: What was the Abacha family's interest in OPL 245? What was the interest of chief Dan e etet, the former minister of oil resources under Abacha? Why did President Muhammadu Buhari initiate criminal charges against the main actors in Italy, Great Britain and Nigeria?”

The documentary confronts the difficult questions that have long been asked to pursue the origin and assignment of OPL 245 to Malabu, follow the global money path, analyze legal documents and interrupt how some of the world's largest oil companies have been involved in a scandal that continues to emboss the Nigeria -Energy and Justice sectors.
