Novak Djokovic “personally refuses” to make branded business despite $ 240 million – tennis – sport

The tennis icon Novak Djokovic has confessed to reject a large number of highly paid confirmation transactions over the years. The wealthy Serbier is one of the wealthiest tennis celebrities worldwide, with impressive prosperity being accumulated throughout his career.

Djokovic has a higher income on the pitch than any other player in tennis history and surpasses sizes such as Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer. In his recent fights on the square, Djokovic lost his shape and pulled out from the Italians.

With an estimated net asset of more than 240 million US dollars from Celebrity Netwert, Djokovic has given up around $ 180 million from competitions alone. Sponsoring agreements with renowned brands such as Adidas, Uniqlo, Mercedes and Lacoste add his income.

Despite his seven Wimbledon titles, Djokovic could have been even richer if he had not rejected numerous offers from brands that did not resonate with his personal ethos.

In a discussion with business travelers, Djokovic noticed: “I personally refused to involve myself in many different companies and to represent different products in the past two decades.

“Mainly because I cannot represent something that I do not believe that does not correspond to me and my values. Wellness and well -being are the greatest passions of me, in addition to tennis, sport and education.”

His basic approach brought him ambassador roles to companies that embody his ideals, e.g.

“For me it was very clear from the start that I would like to work with brands like Aman, where the quality is not affected in every respect,” he said.

“I am happy about the retreats that we will do, where I can share my experience, my know-how, with people who are interested in experiencing more about my training, my recovery, my mental strength training.”
