A suspect of the DUI was in custody after an accident in which an innocent driver was killed in Orange County, the authorities said.

Stanton, California (KABC) – A suspect who was accused of being accused of being killed after a fiery accident in which an innocent driver was killed in Orange County, the authorities said.

The violent collision occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on Friday at the intersection of Magnolia and Pacific Avenues, said a spokesman for the sheriff department of the Sheriff Orange County. News video of the consequences showed that a car went into flames that were later deleted by firefighters.

The investigators said that the suspect had hit the victim's car before trying to drive away and hit several other vehicles.

A man was declared dead at the crime scene. His name was not published immediately.

One person was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not described in more detail, said the spokesman for the sheriff. It was unclear whether this person was the suspect.
