Thornton Police Search for suspects in street hunting shooting | Crimes and justice

After an obvious incident, the police investigated the roadside on Friday and a driver pulled out a gun and shot the other driver in Thornton.

The Thornton's police department said that the incident occurred at 5:50 p.m. at the intersection of E. 104th Avenue and the Colorado Boulevard.

The driver, who was shot, was hit in the arm and brought to a local hospital with serious but not life -threatening injuries, the police said. A woman and a child who were also in the vehicle were unharmed.

The suspect, who was accused of having fired the pistol, was described as a short, “chubby” Hispanic man with long hair. He started with black rims in a red or chestnut brown jeep Grand Cherokee. Nobody was able to receive a license plate number for the suspicious vehicle.
