Columbus, GA. (WTVM) – The restaurant results this week are in!

Bellas Caketerning Filipino cuisine and bakeshop

Bellas Caketerning Philippino Cuisine and Bakeshop in the 5750 milgen road in Columbus recently achieved a recent health inspection. Owner Rachelle Williams says that everything started 7 years ago.

“It started in 2018. We started from the market days in the city center. I brought my Filipino meal there and they loved it and suddenly we started from there and then with the food truck and the restaurant,” said Rachelle.

Rachelle and Chuck Williams opened the snack car in 2022 and opened their restaurant in the milgen road in 2023. Rachelle explained why they decided to name the cocketing Filipino cuisine and bake shop of the Bella restaurant.

“Our daughter is called Isabella, so we named it after her and it is not the case that I also make a lot of cakes,” said Rachelle.

Chuck says her bestseller is the BBQ Pork skewers.

“We cut into strips, it is marinated and then we put it on our steaks and then when we grill it, we have our own homemade recipe for a grill sauce and it grilled in a restaurant on our grill in a restaurant,” said Chuck.
