Three scores for women athletics on Saturday at conference championships

Collegeville, Pa. -The Franklin & Marshall Women's athletics team scored three more points on Saturday while two of the Outdoor Championships of the Centennial Conference. The diplomats are currently in sixth place in the team ranking with 15 points that are on Sunday in the last day of competition.

The diplomats had two individual point scorers in the obstacle Katie Scott And Tara Silverman Both move up the F&M plate books. With a time 11: 36.76, Scott took fifth place in the obstacle. Your new personal best solidifies you as the second fastest person in school history for this event. Silverman was directly behind her in a time of 11: 37.52 and made her the most third -fastest obstacle runner in school history.

In the field events, Hayden Adams added a sixth place to the result of the team in the high jump. Just one day after the goal in the pole vault, Adams deleted 1.50 meters in the high jump. She is now eighth in school history for this event.

The diplomats also qualified four people for the event finale on Sunday. Annalize Kauffman Was the top qualification game in the 800 meters, with its time of 2: 18.79 in the school record book eighth place in eighth place. Bella Johnson Qualified for the final in both 200 meters (25.92) and in the 100 meter line (12.57). She took the respective fourth and seventh place in the preliminaries. In addition to two events, Adams is represented in the final of the 100 meter hurdles F&M after the publication of the eight best time during the qualification heating system (16.40).

The Centennial Conference Championships will be completed on Sunday on the Ursinus campus. The events start at 11 a.m. and will continue through the award ceremony, which is to be started at 4:15 p.m.
