Oakland – Two people were injured by shots on Friday when they played in a restaurant in downtown Oakland, an incident in which, according to the police, a window with tuletette holes was interspersed.

The shootout occurred around 8:16 p.m. night in the Pierre Pierre Restaurant, a restaurant on the ground floor on the ground floor on 409 13th Street, the Tribune Tower in the city center of Oakland, the police said.

According to investigators, a 24 -year -old Richmond man and a 31 -year -old woman in Oakland were hit by the Spray of Govefire during dinner in the upper steak/Southern Food restaurant.

The man was hit more than once and the woman was hit at least once. The victims secured trips to various hospitals in the Bay Area.

It was reported that the victims were in a stable state. The identity of the victims was not announced.

The ball holes were visible in the window on Saturday. The shootout occurred on the Franklin Street page of the Tribune Tower.

After the wounded man had been taken to the hospital, a deputy of the Alameda County sheriff observed the driver of the wounded man, who threw a semi -automatic weapon into some bushes. The deputy arrested the driver at this time.

The investigators believe that the driver is not connected to the shootout. The 26 -year -old driver was not identified.

No arrests were made or disclosed on Saturday from noon.

The Oakland police authority did not report a motif for the shootout.

“Violent crimes and break -ins continues to plague all of Oakland, but have particularly devastating effects on small companies, entrepreneurs, color residents and the LGBTQ+ community,” said Huy Nguyen, President of the Oakland Police Officers Association. “(The) shoot on Pierre Pierre and the 11th Burglary of Nachtclub Que Rico are heartbreaking.”

The Poa leader of Oakland expressed hope that the political leadership of Oakland would strengthen the attitude of police officers.

“Oakland is beyond criminal activity, overwhelmed, overwhelmed and overwhelmed,” said Nguyen. “We need a commitment from the new mayor and the council to offer more police officers to curb the flood of violence and crime and to turn over Oakland.”
