Las Vega's husband, who was critically injured after the crash of East Valley

Las Vegas, nev. (FOX5)-A 32-year-old pedestrian is critically injured after a crash on Sunday in East Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas police said that the crash was taking place at 10:49 p.m. near Flamingo and Mojave Roads. It included the pedestrian and a BMW.

Evidence at the crime scene indicates that the driver of the BMW, a 30-year-old man, drove to the east on Flamingo in Mojave. At the same moment, a pedestrian crossed East Flamingo outside or near a crosswalks.

A crash occurred when the pedestrian crossed the path of the BMW. The BMW fled the scene.

Medical arrived and transported the pedestrian to the Sunrise Hospital, where he stays with critical injuries. The driver of the BMW finally returned to the scene in which he was taken into custody.

The police said he was not affected. The driver was instructed in the Clark County Detention Center for hit-and-run.

“The collision remains examined according to the collision determination department of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department,” said the police.
