Flack's 3,000 church towers, Herbers 110 hurdles raised the Wous weekend at OSU, Linfield

The athletics teams of Western Oregon were in Corvallis and McMinnville for their last preparation for the GNAC championships -that begins Friday in Bellingham.

High performance by Oregon State (Friday and Saturday)

Olivia Flack In the 3,000 obstacle with a PR of 11 minutes, 11.10 seconds, she took the second place and moved on the Wou all-time list from the fifth to the third place of a Wou runner since 2008.

Tate Herber won the 110 hurdles of men with a PR of 14.69 and placed the newcomer on the list of Wou ever.
