See Saturday 5.3 JSZ Lacosse Highlights – Jersey Sports Zone

We have three great young -lacrosse -matchups across the state, which were highlighted by the Bristol Cup between Pingry and Westfield. Take a look at all actions!


The annual Bristol Cup meeting between two of the better teams in the state gave the Big Blue, who achieved their third victory in a row in this rivalry series. Luke Burns earned the game Wild Wings player of the game for his eleven save performance to lead Pingry (11: 2) in her impressive defense effort. Dylan Blekicki and Jonah Ziv each scored two goals to refuel the crime. Westfield (10-4) was led by a game with two goals from Garrett Ferguson, which achieved his 47th season goal in the defeat.

In the fourth quarter, Lukas Villa had a game with four goals with two main goals to give the Blue Devils (8-3) a quality of the conference victory. Shore scored eight seconds in the first two goals to climb 3-1 and never left the lead. Tucker Malfa had two goals and one template in victory and Joey Longo had nine destinations in the goal.

In the biggest game of the regular season in the CVC, Notre Dame (9-2) took the Hopewell Valley (10-2) to secure the Colonial Division and the regular CVC titles of the regular season. Roman Klish and Griffin Schaefer recorded Hattricks, while the Army Merritt Long added two goals in the first quarter. Luke Caldwell from HV had another incredible performance with 6 goals. Caldwell leads all New Jersey High School Lacrosse with 69 goals.
